Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at support@superior-home.com with details and pictures of the defect or damage.
Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-returnable Items

Late or Missing Refunds
